All orders are processed within Monday to Fridays business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
Deliveries are made from [9 am to 4 pm ] on [weekdays days]. a confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at kv@schoolsoutkidswear.com.au or call us on 02 9745 3757.

Once your order has been dispatched an email displaying your tracking number will be sent.
Please note delivery times may vary depending on your location. The times are not in the direct control of Schools Out Designer Kids Wear. Our partner courier companies provide tracking services.

Refunds, Exchanges & Consumer Guarantees

School’s Out Designer Kidswear is an Australian business registered in New South Wales (ABN 82 882 287 515).
This policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the ACL.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you change your mind, we may offer:
- An exchange within 14 business days from the date your order was delivered, OR
- An online credit valid for 6 months from the original purchase date.
To be eligible for exchange or online credit, items must:
- Be returned within 14 business days of delivery
- Be unworn, unused and in original condition
- Have all original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Not be marked as Final Sale
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
2. Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale, Outlet, Hosiery, Accessories and Undergarments are not eligible for refund, exchange or online credit for change of mind.
However, these items are still covered by your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if they are faulty, not as described, or do not meet acceptable quality standards.
3. Faulty or Defective Items (Consumer Guarantees)
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- Proof of purchase
- Clear photos of the issue
- A description of the fault
We will assess the issue in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
If the problem is minor:
We may choose to:
- Repair the item
- Replace the item
- Provide an online credit
If the problem is major:
You are entitled to choose:
- A refund, OR
- A replacement
A major problem includes where the item:
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the description
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
- Has a defect that would have prevented purchase
Fault assessments may require inspection and consultation with our supplier; however, your rights under Australian Consumer Law will always apply.
4. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, OR
- An online credit (E-Gift Card) will be issued via email.
Online credits are valid for 6 months and can be used for online purchases only.
