All orders are processed within Monday to Fridays business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched an email displaying your tracking number will be sent.

Please note delivery times may vary depending on your location. The times are not in the direct control of Schools Out Designer Kids Wear. Our partner courier companies provide tracking services.

Return & Refund for Online Orders

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return requests can be made via our email address ( Please have your order number or confirmation email handy. Your return request must meet the guidelines outlined below. Schools out reserves the right to deny the return if the item(s) fail to meet our return policy requirements. Which is in keeping with the fair trading laws.

Return and Exchange Policy

You are welcome to lodge a return within 7 days of your parcel being received.  Items must be returned in the original condition, unwarned, unaltered, unwashed, original packaging and with all tags attached. Schools Out does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost items. Before lodging your request please read the conditions below to ensure your item(s) is eligible for a return.

Please note that hosiery, accessories and undergarments are not  refundable products unless the product is deemed faulty by our supply.

Products purchased on our Online store may not be returned in person at a store.

We are currently unable to offer item exchanges. As a result, we advise that you return any products that do not meet your requirements and place another order for your preferred product.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or Online Credit.

Please note we do not refund unless the item is deemed faulty by the supplier but we provide Online Credit as an alternative.

Online Credit

If your return is approved, we will give you a credit note as an E-Gift card and send it to your nominated email address. E-Gift card can be only use for online purchases in

Sale Items

All sale items or outlet items are final sale unless deemed faulty by our suppliers in which case the item will be repaired or replaced. If the item can not be repaired or replaced, a refund will be offered.
